I like to know how much cooking oil that can be used in pie crust. for i never did this before. i am used to the bulk to make pie`s.

none if you go with this one - shortening instead

Pie Shells--
1 c flour
1/3 c + 1 TBS shortening
dash salt
2-3 TBS water

Mix together flour, shortening and salt. Add water and mix to desired consistency. Roll out and cook
