ive been on a diet since the start of september and now i have about 20 more pounds to lose in order to reach my goal. lately ive been the same weight for a few weeks, any suggestions on how to start up my weight loss again? when i was starting i was doing like 8 sets of 30 sit ups a day, for about 2 weeks, should i do that again..?

You probably have reached a plateau, you may have to kick it up again and be really strict with diet and exercise, allow yourself a cheat day once a week, when you actually have dessert. The extra calories will cause your body to increase your metabolism to get rid of them.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

You should increase the intensity and/or time for your cardio sessions. At least 30-60 min 4-6x a week.

change yr diet and exercise programs and you will begin to lose again. read tips on weight loss and exercise programs on this site to help you more

if food was your only source of pleasure make sure to reconnect with other things you enjoy music sports volunteer work or movies for example
