I have to do a project for my college class. One of the requirements is to insert a title. Please HELP>

This is easy, you want to insert a header into your spread sheet. Click "View", next click "Header & Footer". Type the title of your spreadsheet in the header box. Header appears at the top of the page. Footer at the bottom.

Just click on an empty cell near the top of your spreadsheet. If all you enter is text excel will just put out the text in the speadsheet.. You can format the text just like you would in word.
