I'm head over heels for a coworker that I think used to like me. The problem is now I think she likes my bestfriend at work. When the three of us are together she is always flirting with him and laughing at every single thing he does, funny or not. When I'm around the two of them and they are flirting I just get very silent and usually have to leave the area. Aside from avoiding them at all costs I don't have any idea what to do. Would I be out of line if I asked her to stop being so flirtatious with my friend at work while I am around the two of them because it affects my work? I don't want to stop them from getting together, it just seems like she is going out of her way to make me notice the two of them and it's really bothering me. I can't tell if she likes my friend or she is trying to make me jealous.

First of all you need to have more confidence. If you like this girl then getting silent or walking away when the three of you are together is the worst thing that you can do. If you like her then you need to step up your game. When you guys are together you need to be more open-flirt with her! don't wait for her to flirt with you, and the more you present-by being yourself-is the more she will get a chance to see what a catch you are. Please do not tell her to stop flirting with your friend b/c it affects your work. She will see right through it and you will lose a lot of points for that, she may even become completely disinterested. So my advice to you is to be yourself, if it's going to happen it will so in the mean time have a good time and enjoy life!

if u have it bad for the girl ask her out if she turns u down move on if she says yes your doing fine but as for being all weird about her flirtting at work that's exactly what she wants trust me this girl still likes u if shes flirtting with ur best friend in front of u..

Get over her....it's not a good idea to date coworkers anyway. Let your friend make the mistake and seek love elsewhere.

you have no right asking her to do this. if you like her so much why not just ask her out? if your to afraid to then your the one that's going to lose out. so,either ask her out, or move on and find other people to hang out with.

I used to have the same problem. My advice is to forget about her and find someone else.
