1) To gain weight, lift heavy and with high intensity.
2) Doesn't matter. You only need to make sure that you take in more calories than you expend. Eat several small meals (like 6), and maybe even a weight gainer drink if you cannot take in enough calories to maintain your current weight. If you don't use enough of the calories to build muscle (if you don't work out hard enough), all those extra calories will turn to fat.

You make a quality factor. I do not feel TRUE conservatives feel like this, even though. Both the Republican AND Democratic events had been taken over through persons with ulterior causes...that is precisely the cause I am not a Democrat and owe ZERO loyalty to both of the events in any respect. IMO, a TRUE American Patriot thinks with the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and what's fine for America, NOT THE REST OF THE WORLD. Most Americans not feel like this and might simply instead watch TV and the one information that they get is from the media... How lots of them truthfully have READ the "Patriot" act or any of the latest expenditures popping out of Congress? It takes time, however protective your rights do. To reply the query that you requested, you're correct. Socialism is precisely that. The New World Order that Bush Sr. has talked approximately is within the procedure of taking place and that is the outcomes. Businesses that they wish round will prevail, and ones that the elite do not care approximately is not going to prevail. The deficient get poorer and the wealthy get richer...trickle down idea is solely BS.
