I really like my hot work friend! Problem is shes 32 and I am 21 but she looks like shes 23! She has a boyfriend and a really good life but she always flirts with me and takes me to my house after my shift finishes and when I wish her good night and give her a kiss on both cheeks ( on the face not the butt cheeks) she looks at me with her dreamy eyes! Ay, dont care for answers, just wanted to get that off my chest!

If you want to loose your job, go for it. Office romances, or even the slightest hint of one can get a person fired.
She is older than you and very likely has been at the employer longer than you. You would be the one let go if you pursued the romance. She's TEASING YOU. If you pursue her, she could scream SEXUAL HARRASSMENT.

Well, although you claim not to care for answers, I'll give you a bit of advice.
I think you should tell her how you feel after a while. Perhaps she feels the same way but doesn't think you feel that way because you know she has a boyfriend.
