Your not crazy, i have a boy your age and he is the same way, and his getting better with a little help. Has anyone thought about panic attacks, when you worry you start to pace and the more you think the worse you get. We call my boy a drama queen and he paces and gets so worked up he doesnt know how to calm it or stop.Like yourself he isnt being hurt or abuse so why, that we will never know but its getting better and his pacing less and worrying less. First say to yrself that yr fine everything around you is fine i know its sounds stupid but deep in yr brain you are worrying and pacing is a sign of nerves and stress. Relaxtion is a big part, make sure you get enough sleep and eat more foods. We had to change my son diet as his food wasnt helping, also have fun get your mates with you and do different things. Your brain needs to feel that your enjoying life and calm about it. Horomones play a major part in growing up and i know yr thinking this is stupid but once your settled and use to life and body changes things will get better.Your age is a time of major change and things happen not just with growth and your body parts but your brain to and its over loading just like my boy and so you have to train it to calm down adn soon your see a difference in yourself and the amount of pacing. But dont say your not worrying when clearly you are otherwise you cant help yourself.Take care and dont worry your fine .

I think that your age is the biggest factor. It's not unusual for people of you age to be going through hormonal changes, being unsure of them selves etc. Wait until you are 15 or 16 and if the feelings are still there and they may be, go back to the doctor. It seems that some doctors are reluctant to say (and this sounds corny) "You'll grow out of it". Sorry not much help and I realize at 14 a month seems a long time. Can you speak to someone else about it, a parent, preferably your mother, or if not a female school councillor. Someone you can trust and have confidence in.

it mite be anxiety.are a panic attack.when having a panic attack you usually feel like your going crazy are dying.its not true.its like your mind is trying to find a reason for the anxiety.causing fear.face the fear it anxiety.your not going to make you crazy.i am not a doctor, but i have dealt with this problem along time.and know others that have also.more people have it then you probably think.first ask God for help with this fear.also go see a doctor to determine if its anxiety.but remember now a days they have a label for everything.. And i wouldn't trust just one doctors judgment on this.go to a anxiety website see if you have symptoms of anxiety.remember a few yes answers doesn't mean u have anxiety.read the info and see what the website says. try www.anxiety-usa.org .relax and try not to magnify things, making it bigger than it really is.I've done this may times myself. stay away from sugar as much as possible and caffeine its not good for you at all.a heard that a normal person.whatever normal is.can have a panic attack by drinking 6 soda's a day.

At 14 your hormones are really flowing and acting crazy. You can have surges that make you feel panicky. I have a 14 yr old daughter and this happens to her, too.
When you feel it coming on, just take some deep breaths and try to stay calm. Drink some warm tea and try really hard to relax. Maybe take a bath or warm shower when possible.

sounds like panic attacks, i used to get them when i was your age, where i felt all paranoid and panicy, and had to run out of places to "get away" it was awful, and i used to get bad thoughts, but ill tell you now if you think posotive they do go away.

you havnt smoked canabis have you? that sometimes causes them.
