I dearly love my husband and look forward to going home after work, that is what it should be. Look forward to seeing him but when apart from him, keep him on the back burner so to speak. We all have to work in this life to pay something back to society for what we are taking out of it. It is wonderful to be in love I agree,but it is more wonderful to be in love, hope to marry and know that you are giving your all to your job too and this is certainly possible.
Whenever your loved one crosses your mind at work, just inwardly say no, I have thought about you today now, will find a job to do and then do just that, absorb yourself totally in what you are doing. This will also keep your reltionship alive too as you will be so pleased to see him at the end of the day and have lots to talk about where your job is concerned for example A funny thing happened today etc. You cant do that if you get the sack through lack of concentration

Thinking of him always indicates love.
But, love in broad sense is that you have to first love your work; it should not be ignored.
If it is ignored and he is loved, because he is new to you; tomorrow some body/thing else comes new; and the same story of ignorance may recur.
As such; do not ignore loving things that come first.
