ok im 14 years old an i have been feeling funny for the last month i have been panicing and its been really getting on my ners i know im a drama queen i try my best to clam down but i just get my self work up and it just happins out of no where im not beening hurt,abuse,or anything im not stressing or nothing so why am i acting this way and how can i make it stop someone plz give my a good answers best gets 10 pnts (if you are gona say somthing dum,igornet,disrespectful then dont answers)I have been to 3 doctor they its not nothing wrong is it? or is it just me?

You need to let go of your thoughts. You have too many which are confusing you emotionally and they are making you ride an emotional roller coaster. Just observe your thoughts as though they are not your own. You have a choice and you don't have to listen. Practice being quiet every day and live in the moment. Forget the past it already passed. Forget the future because it's not here yet. Be in the NOW.

Your not crazy, It sounds like your having panic attacks get your parents to take you to a doctor who deals with this because they can only get worse. There must have been some sort of stressor that started this, even worrying abou exams, or friends. Tell your parents to get you to a Doctor that deals with Panic Attacks, lots of people get this it's also something and can be caused by PMS so please talk to your parents and don't wait.

Try to do something interesting, like travel, or go to gym, be your self and don;t listen anybody.
