Why feel guilty about masturbating? It's a natural thing to do, as long as you don't do it in public. As long as it's a pleasurable experience for you, sod anyone else. Me personally, I don't feel guilty about it. Masturbating is just a way to explore your inner self.

I know that I don't need to feel guilty but I do. Its funny because I don't feel guilty about having sex. and surely that's worse, there is a whole other person involved!
I'm not religious either, and I've not been brought up either for it or against it.

Nothing you do on your own should ever make you feel guilty - you're not hurting anyone else, or affecting them in any way (unless of course you're tying them up and making them watch!)
