Since walking is healthy and has cardiovascular benefits? Does the exercise rule apply to dogs too?

Inactivity in dogs and humans brings problems. It encourages fat build up, slack muscles and eventually heart and lung problems amongst many others.

Exercise for a dog not only does the dog good, it does the owner good too!!!

Yes I believe it does. Because it keeps the dog and myself in shape. It can let me and my dog go to far away places that i could have never had the energy to go to. And when my dogs healthy and fit he will live very long.
