there is a erase program,but not seems to work, all there docus
taking up lots of memory space

If you are talking about the Windows Recycle Bin, all you need to do is to right click on it, and press Empty Recycle Bin.

In the future, whenever you want to totally erase a file from the whole computer, select the file and press "Shift+Delete".

once they are in the recycle bin you should be able to right click it and click empty, and that should erase those unwanted documents.

Run disk cleanup from the accessories menu in all pgms
