no one just "forgets to eat"....ge some help sweetheart and set up a habitual eating routine...even an apple will make a difference

I don't believe you "forgot" to eat for three days. You are more likely intentionally starving yourslef to the point of collapse.
I don't know if this is an anorexia thing or what, but I suggest you talk to your doctor and look into getting this under control. You want to have a heart attack and miss those kids growing up?

No, it's not healthy and I can see getting sidetracked and missing a meal...but not eating for days? How do you FORGET or not realize you haven't eaten in days?
Perhaps you need to see a doctor about this? You are depriving your body of the fuel it needs to operate properly, and slowing down your metabolism (which could cause you to gain weight easily and have difficultly losing) as your body tries to save every calorie it can in case you try to starve it again (it doesn't know you "forget", it just knows it's not being fed).
Try setting an alarm at meal times and eat on a schedule...when you get up in the morning have some wheat toast or a piece of fruit or something...set it again for noonish and eat again...then set your alarm again for 5 pm-ish or so so you'll remember to eat supper.
It seems odd if you have kids as you mention, you have to feed them, right? How can you "forget" to eat when you are likely the one preparing and monitoring your children's meals at home? Why don't you eat when they eat? That's not forgetting to eat, it's just choosing not to.

Make a schedule, set yourself an alarm. Eat at least twice a day, especially breakfast and take your pick between luch or dinner.

girl please try to think about yourself yes your children need you I know I have the same story too but I TAKE A SHORT TIME FOR ME BEFORE I COME HOME TO THEM TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT BECAUSE WHEN I COME THOUGTH THIS DOOR IT'S ON AND POPPING TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF SO YOU CAN BE AROUND BECAUSE WHEN THEY GROW-UP YOU CAN BE WELL AND HAPPY.
