The bank doesn't keep that information, since you chose it. Get a new card from the bank.

call the bank..they can mail u another pin number and once u get that one u can reset it to whatever u like...they dont usually give pin numbers over the phone for security reasons but they will mail it to u.

call your bank, they will probably issue you a new one though.
