Nothing, what do you say if they have an itch or a cough? When you sneeze, your heart stops for a brief moment. In the old days it was thought that for that very brief moment, your soul was open to Satan so people would say "God bless you & may the devil overlook you". As times change people use to play with it & say "God bless you & may the devil look you over". So the devil part was dropped all together & it was just God bless you. Well we all know that for that brief moment your soul is in no more danger then any other time, so time to drop the whole thing.

When ever a person sneezes it is very polite to say "bless you" because people some think that when you sneeze your heart stops or the devil takes or you or something, so if your still alive they say bless you.i dont bleve dat but wutevr.....*EXPERT ANSWER*

"bless you" or "god bless you" or "guzuntaite" and after they sneeze they should say excuse me and u should say bless you and they should say thank you .... its polite
