It is a chihuahua - looks just like my sister's chihuahua.
I don't believe it is a mix - chihuahua's come in all colors and markings. It is more of their characteristics that makes them a chi - those ears, shape of his face, body structure - especially personality characteristics also.

First of all I would like to say that there is no such breed as a Miniature Doberman. They are called Miniature Pinschers, and being a breeder of Miniature Pinschers I would say that the dog in the picture is a Miniature Pinscher. It is a black/tan miniature pinscher, and judging by how light the markings are it may have been cross bred with a chihuahua. This dog looks like it has a white marking on its chest, which indicates it is either a Miniature Pinscher/ChihuahuaxPinscher Mix or it is the result of a irresponsible breeder breeding low quality Miniature Pinschers.
