i want to move over to aus to live with my chap. i have a 5 yr old son and his dad has had no contact with him since he waas 7mnths old. how do i go about going over there to live. do i need dads permission for my lil boy even tho he has no contact. where do i even start with all of this im lost heeelp. also can i go t6o aus first and make arrangements from there??

i'm in a somewhat similar spot. imho, get legal advice. and look up www.immi.gov.au for more details on migration. mind you, migrating for the wrong reason brings a whole host of other problems though...
