TG is Trinity Golf.

I am sure that "54" refers to the shaft length, which is a common length for the long putters.

There wasnt a specific "tg B54 putter" that I could find.

TG was based in California but I have not heard much about them for the last 4 years. They sold drivers and wedges, mainly via infomercials.
