We need to give gifts for employees that work directly for my husband. We want to spend between $25-$40/person. Any suggestions that would suit men & women so that everyone would receive the same thing?

What type of work? A nice pen would be suitable for a man or woman for an office job. If it is factory/labor work Walmart gift certificate. Business persons enjoy edible gifts such as nice chocolates.

Gift certificate for two to a nice restaurant. My employer does this for us--each year a different place--and my husband and I enjoy the evening out together.

Give them a bonus. Let them spend the money they way they want. Have an office party, cater it, then give them the envelopes then.
