Okay, following my advice will really help you.
Always always have a small comb in the bathroom. Everytime you are done doing your business, brush your hair out, making sure there are no tangles, put some water to smooth it down, and brush again. You don't need to be going anywhere special, but this won't allow knots to build up and ruin your hair, plus it spreads the oils in your hair throughout the whole shaft.
Do the step above and do not take a shower for 3 days. What I really mean is, do not get your hair completely wet and do not shampoo or condition it! It can get wet for when you are combing it out, but nothing more! The oils that your hair naturally makes will already begin to heal your hair.
After the 3 days, get Pantenes Pro-V Restoratives: Frizz control shampoo and conditoner. Now just use this shampoo and conditioner for 2 weeks, and then take some regular vinigar and pour it over your hair, over every strand. This will get the buildup gunk out of your hair.
Repeat that process!!
Like you, I was literally dying for beautiful hair. I wanted my orange hair to glow like gold, and I came across this idea totally by accident! But it works, trust me!

Shampooing dries out hair. If you are able to, cut back on washing your hair. 2-3 times a week is best (you can still shower every day!), but if you have an oily scalp you may not be bale to do this. Make sure to use the appropriate products, including a conditioner. Avoid styling products that contain alchohols, and instead opt for something that is water-based or contains sylica. My favorit hair smoothing product is biosilk serum, but there are a lot of cheaper alternatives out there such as FX silk drops which will also make your hair feel softer and add some shine. As for white hairs, there isn't much you can do short of dying or tinting, both of which can damage hair. Try and remember that many women like the salt-and -pepper look!

your diet will affect your hairs condition, there are hair and nail supplements which will work only on top of a healthy diet, i can't remember what they are though ask your local health food store.
next if you use straighteners or hairdryer use a heat protection spray every time. tre seme do 1 but i haven't tried it i'm sure there are other brands that do em too.
next i use auzzie shampoo and conditioner, lots of herbs that are really good for you hair. you can buy it at sainsbury's superdrug, boots. they also do a leave in conditioner which is fantastic and a 3 minute miracle conditioner as well. they all smell divine as well which is an added bonus.
never brush it wet always use a comb and cut it regularly as the hair is dead so it can look after itself it needs you and once the ends are split etc they need to go.
good luck babes

I gave the same advice to another girl. Use "BioSilk" by Farouk System. You can get it at places like Ulta or your local salon. It's not extremly pricey and it gets rid of frizzy hair and makes your hair smell good and shiney.
You just put a dime size drop into your palm, rub your hands together and run it through your hair. You can put it in before OR after blowdrying/straightening your hair. It works...honestly. I use it all the time and so do all the people in my school because I told them about it.

Apply olive oil , 15 mins before taking hair wash.Use conditioner after use of shampoo, its must for ur hair.Or you can use good conditioning hair mask. Don't wash your hair with hot water and try to avoid hot air blow or try to avoid all hot hair treatments - as it will make your hair more dry and lifeless.Sunsilk is good.Don't oil your hair daily,if doing so, wash it before going out otherwise it will attract more dust. Check your skin, nails and hair, if all of them seem to be dry, consult a doctor. It may happen you have harmonal disbalance.Eat well, sleep well and keep your mind cool.

I have really thick, frizzy, hard to manage hair too. What I use is this L'oreal heat protection serum, and a flat iron to straighten it. There are lots of other things like leave-in hair conditioner from Fructis as well.
