Apparently the USA used to belong to King George III of England until George Washington defeated him and it gained its independence.

However, the UK never signed a peace treaty with the US and so the two countries are still technically at war.

Do you think that we need to be careful in case Mr Tony Blair wants the US back ?

The US and UK signed a peace treaty in 1814 ending the war of 1812. There's no technical state of war between the two countries.

Your information is incomplete there was a treat signed it ceded England it's Canadian forts and set the date for all English troops to be withdrawn from American soil. However, England still occupied forts in the early 19th century, this led to the War of 1812, which we won and also ended in a treaty. More importantly by 1814, the end of the war, the American Armed Forces had already started. With the Navy and Army kicking butt and taking names, the Marines came a little later and the Air Force was established during the WW I. So England has no claim the America, whether they start a war or not who knows. We started one over some pictures.

The colonies were surrendered in 1783 under the treaty of Paris. And if Mr. Tony Blair wants the US back, he can pry it from the cold dead hands of the Marines. (That wont happen)

Al Queda's vital 'gripe' is the presence of 'western troops' in Islamic international places. because of the fact the so spoke of as 'particular relationship' the united kingdom has with the US skill that we pass tremendously plenty everywhere they pass... we are additionally aims. Many different international places are aims to boot, as are people who do huge business enterprise with the US yet do no longer participate militarily. it may actually be remembered nevertheless, that greater Muslims die on the arms of those communities, than all the different religions prepare. Al Queda do no longer perform on a spiritual foundation, they're continuously politically inspired, yet they use faith to recruit, manage and administration people who die for their reason.
