does laser have any side effect and how much time does it take if i have dark compextion

If you have dark complextion you probably want to use extreme caution. Laser treatment can cause even darker scaring on your face. Also really research this procedure. I have had reports from many that their hair did infact grow back.

Laser hair removal is “permanent” hair removal method but is expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

I wouldn't use laser removal if you are dark-complected. It targets darker pigments, which are usually contained more in the hair on a light skinned person. You shouldn't even use it if you are lighter complected but have a suntan!

usually no side effects. apparently darker complexions are better.
only problem is it takes more than 1 treatment and just one alone is very expensive

No side effects
Darker complexion the better
Doesn't work so good for blondes
