You are not fat.

If you make a few life style changes you should be able to lose some weight within a reasonable time frame, though you probably don't need to lose 30 pounds. Concentrate on health and fitness. This is a system that has worked well for me and several friends have also been successful with it.

1. Eat three nutritious meals and three snacks everyday. Cut out junk food and fast food. You probably need about 1500 to 1800 calories a day. Many people make the mistake of not eating enough when they try to lose weight and then become discouraged.

2. Drink lots of water - at least 8 big glasses as day. Lots of water is essential. Stop drinking soda and other drinks with useless calories. Eat fresh fruit instead of fruit juices - the juices are very high in calories.

3. Begin a simple weight lifting program at home or at a gym. Ordinary household items (tins of soup, for example) can actually serve as weights for beginners. Buy yourself a good weight lifting book for women. Actually the "dummies" series of books has done a rather good one.

4. Walk, walk, walk. Buy yourself a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day.

5. Record everything you eat and all your exercise to make sure you have a "calorie deficit". Two of the sites I've included will help you do that. Basically buring more calories than you take in leads to weight loss. You need a deficit of 3500 calories to lose one pound.

6. If you drive, do less of it and park at the back of the parking lot instead of close to the door. Always use stairs - never the elevator or escalator.

7. A mini stepper is an easy piece to equipment to have at home and gives great results. I bought mine at a second hand store for $4. even if you use it for a minute or two several times a day it can make a big difference.

I hope these thoughts help. Good luck with it.

Change your diet
When U wake up drink a glass of water
then eat 2 pickles.. wait 20 minutes then have
A glass of lemon juice and some fruit along
with 2 toast..for breakfast or If U must have some cereal have 1/2 bowl Special of Special K, take it easy on the sugar.. What I do I use some artificial sugar with a little real sugar! Also use Soya Milk cause its lower in fat content than regular Milk!

If You like snacking through out the day...
snack on low fat foods. It be best you have 4
or 5 small meals than 2 or 3 big meals.
Eat plenty of veggies through the day
Some fruit too. If you're using oil or margerine use the low fat type!
Also if you're a meat eater cut down on that
cause that adds weight!
Have a glass of lemon juice just before every meal!

Do so physical work 8 hours a day around the house and eat normal food. No cakes and no junk food. No bread either or very little. No rich food like salami or pate or the likes...

I don't eat much and my way of eating is regular. But if I sit down being my computer for 3 months...I put 20 pounds on. Then I get up and do some physical work for 3 months...and I lose those 20 pounds.

Just have good healthy and tasty basic meals with meat and vegetables. Don't eat the fat on meat. Very bad for you.

Don't drink beer.

Really it's based on what you are comfortable with. Obviously if you are not happy with your size/shape, exercise is the best way. It doesn't appear that you have much body fat, so maybe just toning you're muscles will help you develop a body shape you may like more. I would suggest not to be so concerned with the actual "weight" portion.

"Based on your height, your ideal weight range is between 114 and 127 pounds.

Remember that muscle weighs more than fat. If you have a significant amount of muscle mass, you may weigh more than the weight listed."

Wow, that actually looks like you are pregnant. (because it looks tight, and not flabby). If you are happy with yourself, then "NO" you are not fat.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.

Good LUCK!

You really do need some exercise, from the looks of that picture, you don't get out much either. Try cutting back on the pasta's, and starches. Force yourself to do at least 20 minutes of exercise during the day. And get some sun. In about 30 days you will see a difference.

I don't think your fat, however, if you think you need to lose weight than go to the gym four times a week and balance your diet with lean protein, fruit and veggies. Cut out junk food and sugar. Those 30 pounds will melt off in no time.

You're not fat. I dont see any love handles or any fattiness parts on you and if your tummy is just full of food when that pic was taken then what does it look like digested?
Does it look a little more smaller than that?
You probably just need to do sit-ups or run, those would be my best bet!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

no you're not anywhere near fat. at 5'4" you should be about 120#... but 130 is very close to that and well within the range of average. other factors come into play also, like how big your boobs and butt are.

I can tell you're pushing your stomach out on purpose!
