Hi The Oman
Here are some ideas to heal the condition. #3 is the most important to do/learn.
Causes
IBS can be caused by a variety of factors, including poor diet and nutrition, food allergies, imbalanced levels of hydrochloric acid, impaired immunity, infections, lack of exercise, pharmaceutical drugs, and stress.
Quick Action Plan for IBS
1. Avoid all sugars, refined flour products, and carbohydrates, milk and dairy products, processed foods that contain preservatives and artificial sweeteners, alcohol, hydrogenated and trans-fatty oils, as well as foods that are common allergens.
2. Emphasize organic, fresh vegetables and non-citrus fruits, organic grains, as well as organic, free-range meats and poultry and wild-caught fish.
3. Drink plenty of pure, filtered water throughout the day.
Cleansing and Detoxification therapy such as short fasts, elimination diets, and colonics.
4. Enteric-coated peppermint oil and aloe vera juice.
5. Soothing baths two to five nights a week, as well as alternating hot and cold water packs placed over the abdomen.
6. Use Probiotics and soil-based organisms.
7. Therapeutic juices include wheatgrass juice; cabbage, papaya, and carrot juice.
8. Stress reduction techniques, such as biofeedback, hypnosis, and meditation.
9. If you are a smoker, stop and refrain from taking aspirin or other NSAIDs.
10. Examine the possibility of withheld emotions as the cause of your symptoms and get support through emotional and physical expression, especially movement therapies such as NIA, Qi gong, Yoga or Total Integration Therapy to name a few options.
Best of health to you

I even have chrones/crones (not sure how u spell it) and that i had similair indications I dont incredibly comprehend what the adaptation is in indications between the two in case you're desiring so plenty greater sleep then widely used and feeling drained and lazy then make surre which you get your iron levels appeared at seeing it incredibly is probable the reason, particularly if oyu have lost your urge for foodstuff and stopped eating as plenty. i replaced into anemic (low iron levels) and it made me incredibly drained and gross feeling yet then i began out to take iron pills and im tremendously plenty greater effective now. I have been given a biopsy and a colonoscopy whilst i replaced into being clinically determined and that's how they have been particular it replaced into crones. i might ask your physician approximately that, it would desire to provide help to in case you do have crones, no longer IBS. regardless of it incredibly is attempt to get it discovered ASAP (which im tremendously particular you're already doing :P) because of the fact in case you dont it is going to purely worsen, to the element which you would be able to desire to pass to the bathing room each 5 minutes and whenever you eat in case you're like i replaced into. good luck, wish i helped and that each little thing works out ok for u!

why do you get bloated? feel like you want to go and it comes out like jelly an f windy, do you get panic attacks an have to find the toilet then find that you don't want to go, do you find when you eat pasta that it makes you have the runs, and bread just binds up your belly an you become constatipated, or do you just get that crampy feeling. monitor what you eat and then you will know what foods make it worst for you
