wich to you like traveling to more? i loved Shanghi. I loved HongKong to but i found that the people in hongkong dont like westenerss.

Both cities are okay.....and if i have to choose only one,I'd say Shanghai
The standard of living are pretty high in these two places,except that the streets of HK are jam packed with people which i dont really like.....

I like Hong Kong better!
Hong Kong may look crowded because it's small but the ambience is cool and very westernized so you won't have any boring day there.
Shanghai on the otherhand, is less-crowded because its a large city, but man, the urban planning is not that appealing.

i love shanghai...far better than hong kong b/c hong is very westernized. i never had an issue in hong kong with people not liking me b/c i was an american. people in hong kong seem more acustomed to westerners since the british ruled hong kong for 99 yrs or so.

well for living in main land China for now 2 years and among them 4 months, I went one week to HK and I must say that I was greatly impressed. This city is definitly for me way above Shanghai because it is less crowded, polluted and most important thing, the people there are disciplined ( they don't push to get into the bus, they don't spit everywhere, they drire carefully).
I find it strange that they don't love foreigners as it is thanks to them (the English) that they have this kind of lifestyle now
