What about using those youthful looks to your advantage? I don't know if India even has such a thing, but I've just re-played five years of "21 Jump Street," a TV show from the late 1980s about undercover cops in high schools. They were chosen from those members of the police academy classes who looked young enough to get away with it. The story starts with Johnny Depp as a young cop who has trouble getting respect. One perpetrator exclaimed to the older cop: "Keep him away from me. He makes me feel like a child molester."
Can you think of other careers where looking young is a decided advantage? Acting and modeling are the obvious ones, but what about the less obvious ones, like sales?
In any case, don't worry about it: the problem will solve itself, and then you will be at an important advantage. Think what it has done for Johnny Depp!!!

Maybe you should try and speak to your boss about the promotions you've noticed he's given to the people who don't do half the work you do and maybe he'll understand you better, and another thing is that what he's doing is discrimination of age. You could sue. Good Luck just don't kill yourself.

Change your look, change your attitude. This is hard, you can shave your head, add gray, get glasses, dress more professional (grown up) . Attitude also reflects age, don't take no for an answer, if you are capable let them know, you can go somewhere else or you should be compensated, it is risky but what is the alternative.

Perhaps you could change your hairstyle to a shorter, more conservative look. Try wearing glasses...if you can grow facial hair, then grow a nice, respectable goatee. Dress older...polo shirts, khaki pants, dress shoes...
Walk with your back straight, with your head held high, and look people in the eye while speaking to them. Good luck!

PLease don't do anything rash. There is nothing wrong with the way you look. When your peers are old and wrinkled, you are going to look half their age. Be proud...let your boss see that! You're time will come...
