I agree with the first response..She's probly just naturally nice. If you want to test the water, ask her out for drinks after work. If she declines or says she's busy, and she DOESN'T suggest another night...she's not interested, don't ask again

Dude, if she has a boyfriend already, she's off-limits. Many guys think they see flirting when a girl is just naturally friendly.
