I don't quite get how anyone can hate dogs -- they're truly wonderful animals. And no, I couldn't ever marry someone hates dogs.

not everyone has to like dogs u kno. i went from loving dogs to sorta disliking them after my toddler was nearly killed by one, an akita to be exact. so sorry if i dont share the view of most people that dogs are soooo lovely. and in case u think im such a horrible person for not liking dogs, it hasnt always been like that as i used to work with dogs and i loved it. just certain experiences can change a persons mind. and hell yea i wud marry some one who hated dogs, doesnt make u a bad person. dogs are just dogs after all, not people.

Most people I know that hate dogs do so because they're afraid of them. No I wouldn't marry someone that hated dogs but only because I want to own two dogs when I have my own house so that might be awkward!

I cannot see why anyone would hate dogs but there's nothing as strange as people. I would marry someone I guess who did.
Personally though I would not be without my dog so my new wife would have to live outside.

Either they had a bad experience with a dog as a child or they are just plain weird. I have to say that I don't trust a person whose heart doesn't melt when they see a puppy or dog. I definitely could not marry someone who hated dogs.
My goal in life is to be as good of a person as my dog already thinks I am.

I cant understand how someone could hate dogs, unless they have had a terrible experience with one. The fact that dogs come in all sizes and characteristics, how could someone hate all breeds. As for marrying someone who did, would depend if I loved them more than my dog - not possible.

I am a dog lover, but I'm not too keen on cat's, although I wouldn't go as far as to say that I hate cats I just wouldn't like to own one.
Everyone has different likes and dislikes, so as long as a person wouldn't harm an animal that he/she disliked I would be OK with their opinion.
Would they marry me? that is the Question.

Well,I personally luv dogs.And I don't hate people who hate dogs but no I wouldn't marry someone who hates dogs.They probably hate dogs b-cuz 1:there allergic or 2:They've been attacked by one

I can understand someone who is scared of dogs,
but anyone who HATES an animal for no reason, then they probably have other issues, prob wouldnt want to marry them-unless they were RICH!!!

Every ones entitled to there own opinion,my mum is not a dog lover and i have 2 lol and i still live at home.It does annoy me when she keeps going on about my dogs,and no i wouldn't marry some one who didn't love dogs.
