It's a small porcelain tooth (2/1/1/ cm), and it's very important !!! please help!

The local invalid-supply place will have a thing called a commode, which is for people who are unable to use a regular toilet. Rent one and use it until you can recover the tooth. Wear rubber gloves and clean everything you touch very, very carefully. You can probably use water pressure to "pan" for the tooth, and not have to actually touch the waste material.

You will just have to wait and see if it passes through your bowels. Most likely it will. If this tooth is important to you, then you will have to check through any bowel movement you have each day with some rubber gloves until you find it. If it does not pass in a couple of days, I would suggest getting an x-ray. Get an x-ray sooner if you have any abdominal pain, pain elsewhere or nausea.

I know someone else who swallowed a porcelain crown and monitored daily because she also wanted to save it. Unfortunately, when it did pass, it was almost completely dissolved and she had to get a new one. Sorry.

not plesant you can either try and sic it up or wait till it comes out the other end which means cheeking all bowl movments is it that important ??

Drink some water then vomit. it can be hard to regurgitate something that small. Also when vomiting remember to have gravity help, try to vomit upside down.

eat ALOT OF FIBER or take some laxative so it'll speed the process and you won't have to dig through alot of it...
but seriously a bigger problem would be where to take the s***?
