You're still in love... Is the man taken? If so, leave it alone for a while and see if they break up. Then go get him back. If he's single... then just go get him back. I think I need more detail on the situation to give you better advice.
If the guy is taken right now, try to go out more with your friends and meet new guys. Try to take your mind off him. I know you think that man is the most amazing guy in the world and you'll never find anyone else like him, etc... But I bet you find atleast one guy who is as great as him, if not better. Plus, if he is taken the girl is probably a rebound and won't last anyway.
If he is single, what the hell are you waiting for?

I'm assuming you mean you're still in love with him after the two of you have broken up. In that case, I know its hard to move on but you will. Just give it time. Remind yourself why the two of you broke up, why he isn't the man for you, and how many other great men are out there. When you're ready, try dating again. Its a long and slow process, but one day you will realize you no longer love him and it will be a great feeling.
