Laser is about the only way I know and they say it's not really painful, has a minor discomfort for a few days. But the removal is permanent and the procedure does not have to be repeated

Electrolysis and laser hair removal are “permanent” hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.
