do you have NVidia Graphics? if so, this is NVidia Graphics Utility might check their website. Otherwise:

Thank you! After trying everything through the first 5 pages, this fixed it. Now I don't expect it to work for everyone because it seems that this general error can come from numerous possibilities, but this one fixed mine.

Specifics:

--A lady brought her computer to me because she couldn't play Yahoo! games Euchre online. As soon as she logged in then clicked on the game link, IE would break and give that general sysfader error.

Solution:

--Driver updates didn't help. Updating to IE7 didn't help. Virus and Spyware scans revealed nothing (no viruses and only a few minor spyware issues). ran with the newest AVG, A2squared, Spybot, and Defender as of November 1, 2006.

--Used the above quote to go into the addons portion of IE7 and turned off the Sun Java addon (cause previous posts mentioned java). Afterwards no more error.

->I haven't reviewed this any further, I'm just happy to post that I fixed my sysfader thing.

**Small UPDATE: Seems the computer had a bad java runtime install. Uninstalled then updated to the newest version and everything is kosher. She can even play her yahoo games again. Noice!

Your computer may be infested with spyware, or maybe your driver software needs to be updated.

You can perform a free spyware scan at www.trendmicro.com. If you're unable to do this from normal mode, you should reboot your computer, hit the F8 function key just prior to the initial Windows XP logo, and then choose "Safe Mode with Networking". Safe Mode boots up Windows with a minimal set of programs loaded; basically it prevents programs that would normally load at startup, often including spyware. The "networking" aspect of Safe Mode enables your network card to work so that you can at least browse the web and do networking tasks.

Perform the spyware scan and remove any threats found. Then, check your laptop's model at the manufacturer's website, and find out from where to download the driver software. If you post the make and model I can direct you to the appropriate site. From there, you should download and update your drivers to ensure that you're taking advantage of the latest updates and bugfixes the manufacturer offers.

you do not have any precise to be dissatisfied about this. You CHEATED on him! you received't like that he became choosing fights with you or that he did not make an apology for announcing "ok bye", yet you probably did the worst situation accessible to him. i'm sorry, yet i wish he unearths someone extra perfect than your dishonest self. And by how, how is him telling you he loves you and announcing he hopes you sense extra perfect, seen treating you "undesirable"? you're an fool, a lot of ladies favor that they had that and now some different person will.

try downloading IE7 if you haven't already. Or FireFox. I eventually bought norton systemworks which managed to sort a load of registry errors on my laptop. good luck
