Try that liquid celebrity diet. It may work but you will be HUNGRY. Just try to find something else to wear that is comfortable.

u just have 2 eat lots of meals but not alot of food. for the comfortable clothes thing wear a dress or something where the waist is stretchy it will look like u lost 2 pounds and also walk straight and chin up it will look like you lost 5 pounds!!! alll of this works trust me!

Drink only water, to rid your body of toxins and excess bloat/fluid retention. Today, do some upper body exercises with 5 lb dumbells and 30 minutes of cardio...walking on a treadmill, around the block a few times, etc. Tomorrow, only do the 30 minutes of cardio. Tuesday, do the upper body exercises again, and 30 minutes of cardio. Wed. only do the 30 minutes of cardio. Remember to drink water ONLY, and lots of it.

If you want to "LOOK" Skinnier, stand near fatter people, if you want to "Feel" better in your outfit, buy a larger size outfit.

South Beach Diet is more feasible.. even w/o exercise.. you can still eat but restricts the carbs that blow you up
