hood latch, I cannot get the hood latch to release. It dosen't feel like it should when you pull the release. Anyway I cannot get the hood up.

Maybe you can try some grease or ask maintenance to solve the problem.

sounds like you linkage either came off or snapped it happens in all vehicals... don't just pull hard.... you could hurt yourself cause the hook did not release the hood... 1 do it your self... it helps to have 2 people one person under and one over.. take grill off reach your fingers in there and feel for the release .. the person under can sometimes see it and guide youdo not use your fingers to release in case of injury find something sturdy to push/pull to release hood.. your only other option would be take it to mechanic.. they are going to charge you to do the same thing a nice chunk of change.

The cable is rusted,dirty or broke off.Put both hands on the lever and jerk it HARD
