If you are mechanical enough to do it then it is real easy. Having never done a Jeep you might not see it at first, but if you look at the top of the radiator support going over the top of the radiator, it is bolted to the left and right of the radiator and also to the grill with some torx screws. Remove all those and take a razor blade and cut the gasket running over it so that it will come up and with that plate out of the way the radiator is just sitting in there. ELectric condensing fan has to come off before you do this though. Once that top radiator support is out then just undo the hoses and transmission lines. If yours is one of the ones that has a "snap on hose" connector for the bottom transmission hose on the driver's side then you shove the black plastic piece into the fitting with your fingers while pushing the line further on the radiator. Then while holding the plastic piece in pull the hose off. Should your's be one without a black plastic piece on that bottom transmission line hose then you need a fuel line hose removal tool that all the auto shops carry. They are an assortment, or one tool with several assorted sizes, of metal pieces that slide into the fitting to release the clip in it. Why Chryser did this on these for that one hose I haven't a clue, but can be a pain to get off. Lower and upper radiator hoses you should already be familar with. I often undo the lower one at the water pump and let it come off with the radiator. Just reverse all this to reinstall and you are set.

if u need a how to guide don't attempt it, get help. it is so easy that if u have to ask how u r not ready for the job.. I'm being nice when I say this. just find a friend that works on cars and ask for help. this is one of those jobs that you just look at it and do. the rad is easy to come out, but u need to know the little things that a book doesn't say. like how do u remove a radiator hose that is stuck? they stick quite frequently when they have been there awhile. u know that one? do u know how to drain the radiator? THE BOOK WILL SAY drain radiator. the drain is a petcock that may be brass or plastic. if u turn the plastic one the wrong way it might break. oops. does the book tell u not to let pets drink the fluid? it will kill them. so be careful.
