Ha ha, very funny. Its got to be the pearl necklace!
If you are actually being serious though, still a pearl necklace, but with just one pearl, not a string. (unless the person on the receiving end is over the age of 45)

I already have a Pearl necklace and Pearl bracelet, so I would prefer the earrings. However, it would truly depend on the individual. I would go for the earrings. God bless****

I don't know what's more disturbing - the number of people that don't understand the obvious sexual intention of the question, or the state of people's spelling and grammar!
Being a heterosexual male, I'd rather not have a pearl anything, but I thought I'd congratulate you on asking a brilliant question: A+, nice one mate.

Well, if you aren't giving both, then the earring can go with any necklace. Although, most women like both so that they can have a coordinating set to wear together.

Earrings would be lovely. A matched set would be lovelier.
