i love the girl and want a gift that will reflect this, jewellery is a bit of a no go because she has a lot of it, i mean boxes. Also i want to stay away from rings for the moment because of the connotations of such a gift, maybe one day, not yet. i want something that shows how much i care and how serious i am about her. im really bad at this gift buying thing and i know that if anyone should know what to get her it should be me. any advice that you guys could give me would be great, thank you

Ok, so an engagement ring is out of the picture??? Just some ideas: 1) a really nice studio picture of yourself, though that depends on how much she loves you, don't want to make you come off looking conceided about yourself, or 2) a day at the spa (massage, nails, hair, etc.), then take her out for a really romantic dinner at either her favorite place (and hopefully that is not a fast food place) or a place you think she'll really like, flowers already on the table when you arrive because you made a reservation in advance with this particular request, or just plain -tomorrow (when ever it is) is our one year anniversary, what would you like to do, that leaves things wide open, (but you'll probably get "I don't know"). I personally like the spa/dinner idea myself. Good Luck

yeah trips away are always good. In these cases honestly as long as your woman isn't a gold digger the thought really counts. And I mean plan it out! Try to make everything as perfect as possible and just pay attention to little details. I've done the restaurant thing and I'll have reservations before hand, as well as my card on file so they can just charge it at the end.

So when you finish you just leave and your girls wondering how you did that. Little subtle things like that make the evening seem magical. Take what she would enjoy or what she would like to do and make her the star, or feel like a princess when she's doing it.

Trips away or active dates are going to be more important than the present itself. Girls remember feelings and experiences even more than they do a physical gift that they see everyday

Well I would half to say take her on a weekend getaway....you know make it nice and romantic.....or just plan a really nice dinner and I think that just because she has a lot of jewelry doesnt mean she doesnt want more! Buy her a promise ring...if you really truely love her give her the ring to show that!! Hope this helps!

My boyfriend delivered 1 dozen red roses to my house and he made a romantic dinner with candles and everything, then took me to a movie.

It was very romantic, and really sweet. We still talk about it!
