I think you are actually referring to PSP, and this may be why you are having problems looking it up. PSP is Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. It is considered a "Parkinsons Plus" syndrome, meaning that it is in the same family as Parkinsons Disease, but is different in several ways.

Usually patients present with falls and difficulty walking. Eye movements are affected, with difficulty moving the eyes voluntarily. Despite being in the Parkinsons family, tremor is usually not a prominent finding (though can be present mildly).
