Isaiah 19:22 And the LORD shall smite Egypt: he shall smite and heal it: and they shall return even to the LORD, and he shall be intreated of them, and shall heal them.
Isaiah 19:23 In that day shall there be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian shall come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians shall serve with the Assyrians.
Isaiah 19:24 In that day shall Israel be the third with Egypt and with Assyria, even a blessing in the midst of the land:
Isaiah 19:25 Whom the LORD of hosts shall bless, saying Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel mine inheritance.
I think this so interesting. When? What's your take on it?

I'm beginning to think it will be before the second coming or in the Great Tribulation. I don't have any evidence. Just a hope.

Actually there is a group of people called the Assyrians living in the Middle East. And this hasn't happened yet and I assume it will soon. Isaiah has mentioned other credible thing. Such as JESUS!!! No, the Bible is a good explanation of why things are happening in the Middle East.

I am 100% Assyrian, we live all over the world, not only in the Middle East. We are the indigenous people of Iraq, Mesopotamia was once ruled by my ancient ancestors but became overthrown by invading Arabs who wished to convert us Assyrians (we were the first group of people to accept Christianity) to Islam. Therefore they killed millions of Assyrians for the sake of the sword, forever changing the coarse of Iraq (Mesopotamia). The quote you picked is a highly important prophecy that Assyrians today believe will happen. Hopefully the prophecy will come true in the near future. Since Iraq is no longer ours, Assyrians today look at that prophecy in hope that our land will once again be rightfully ours.

I suppose it's pointless to suggest that Isaiah was writing in reflection of his own times, given the Assyrian conquest of the northern kingdom of Israel and the sacking of the capital at Samaria in 722 BC.
Egypt was conquered by Assyria around 674 BC after several years of fighting against the Kushite 25th Dynasty. Esharhaddon, king of Assyria sacked Memphis in 674. Assyria ruled Egypt for a few years through the vassal kings of the early 26th Dynasty before they were finally forced to abandon holding on to Egypt as part of the Assyrian Empire. As early as 701 BC, Assyria had been dealing with Hezekiah, king of the southern kingdom of Judah who was aided by the Egyptians and Nubians in defense against the growing Assyrian threat. This led Assyria to regard Egypt as a threat that needed to be neutralized in order for control to be taken and maintained over the greater Levant and the maritime trade routes along the coastal Levant and the Egyptian Delta.
Following Esharhaddon's defeat of the Kushite/Nubian 25th Dynasty, a vassal of Egyptian origin was appointed to rule Egypt - Necho. Necho's son, Psamtek was taken to the Assyrian capital of Nineveh, a common practice on the part of the Assyrians, to both impress upon the conquered the might and majesty of the Assyrian empire and in an attempt to acculturate future kings to prevent them from rebelling.
At this time, Egyptians were well respected as physicians and artisans throughout the broader ancient Middle East and there is good evidence for the travel of Egyptians to Assyria and later to Babylonia in the capacity of physicians as well as a possible trading colony composed of Egyptians.
In other words, it's equally possible to regard Isaiah as reflecting historical events in the past as it is to regard it as predicting future events.

I would place that time in the "Millennium". IT is a time after Jesus returns and fights against evil and sets up His Kingdom on earth for a thousand years. During that time Satan will be bound and all nations will walk with God.
Revelation 20:2 And he laid hold of the dragon, the serpent of old, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years; 3 and he threw him into the abyss, and shut it and sealed it over him, so that he would not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were completed."

Most conservative Bible students believe this will involve the whole earth, not just Egypt ans Assyria. The time should be during the millennium.

This prophesy was supposed to happen more than 2000 years ago, not now. Assyria doesn't exist anymore. Syria isn't Assyria.
If you want to know what will happen in the Middle East in the future, listen to the news, don't read the bible.

In any disagreement the two aspects will distort or revise information to greater effective healthful their ideals or purpose. It does not incredibly count huge type who's good or incorrect, until they're the two waiting to handle the disagreement in a civil, non violent way it won't in any respect end. the reason it maintains is using the fact the two aspects shop it going, neither part is prepared to settle for any blame for their very own strikes. the interest can purely proceed as long as individuals are prepared to play it. do no longer play the interest and that they'll tire of enjoying solitaire. extra. Yahoo has allowed a piece for use for different than its meant purpose, because of the fact of this it incredibly is getting used for politics, propaganda and chat. the sole thank you to come back to a shuttle talk board is to ask and answer purely shuttle questions. ignore approximately all non shuttle questions.
