Actually, both yogurt and milk are very good for you overall. Yogurt has active cultures that help you maintain a healthy digestive tract. Milk is great because of vitamin D and some even say that it helps loose weight when incorporated with a healthy diet.
When it comes to your skin both are good when consumed since they are very nutritious, but buttermilk is the best when directly placed on skin. If you place a thin layer on, wait till it dries and then wash it off your skin will be baby soft and radiant. It worked for me. I just don't do it as much because of a somewhat strong smell.

Yogurt is a very good for exfoliation, especially for people with sensitive skin. I think it's b/c of the lactic acid. All you have to do is spread a think layer of PLAIN yogurt over your face, wait ten minutes and then wash it off. Fruity yogurt will most likely irritate your face. I don't know about milk.

What you heard is true, but i would suggest you not to use this two on your skin, as your skin is oily and both of them are oily too. So you go for the suggestion given by Kelly R.The remedy which she has given is good and will work on you.

Smoothies are super for purchasing resourceful. making use of frozen fruit will help thicken and sweeten them, enormously in case you employ frozen bananans. you incredibly do not choose any yogurt or ice cream -- and that i do unlike them made with ice. in case you have not have been given frozen fruit (i've got in no way used pineapple), the smoothie will nevertheless be tasty and candy, it in simple terms isn't particularly as thick.

well you can use a bananna for your skin it will make it smooth and everything you know it you smash up a half of a bananna and rub it on your face let it get sorta hard then wash it off you know it works i have tried it but if your face isn't used to getting cleansed then it might burn.
