My son told me this morning that he saw a golden ball in his room when he was going to re-charge his game. He said it was not scary, that it didn't look like any person or anything, just a ball. It told him to "go to your mommy because it's bathtime". Part of me doesn't buy it, but I know when my kid is not lying and this seems like one of those times. Also, periodically out the corner of my eye, I do see bright golden, white and even electric blue flashes of light in the house. I think I am probably overdue for an eye exam, because I can't explain it. It's nothing scary and it's not leaving a bad feeling. I just can't explain it.

My bad, that should read "what" not "whay". Eating and typing...gosh golly, I sure hope the grammar gestapo can forgive my sins against the English language.

Two Bears: I never practiced any of those or any form of a discipline similar to those examples. The closest thing I can guess is meditating. I don't do it by any teaching, just how I feel. I do meditate frequently, and a few times, I have consciously made balls of light appear in my mind and breifly upon opening my eyes, but they immaterialize fast. I always figured it was just energy or my imagination from being so relaxed. I wish I knew how to do the things you speak of, it sounds cool.

Young children see and experience all kinds of things until parents, authority figures, and society at large programs the child's sub conscious mind that these things can't happen.

When the child is told repeatedly "those things don't exist; they are just your imagination; the subconscious mind acts as a filter and prevents those experiences coming into conscious reality.

About the things you see; do you practise any energy work such as Tai Chi, Yoga, Qigong, Reiki, Seichim, etc?

I bet you do or have done so in the past.

When the mind begins to awaken instead of running on autopilot all of the time; people report seeing all kinds of things in the periphery.

When I was learning Zhan Zhuang Qigong back in the 1970s; I used to look at a corner or a door facing, and where the two walls joined or the door facing jiuned the wall; I would often see a band of green light emanating from somewhere within the wall.

Have you ever owned cats or dogs and all of a sudden they stop still and watch something on the wall? They are seeing something outside what you can see. Your child is experienceing things you can;t see because he has not been programmed to ignore them.

Don't worry about it my son used to 'see ' a person he called 'string' that no one else could see. Never make him feel bad for telling you things. Children are on a different wavelength and sometimes interpret things differently especially when young as they don't have the verbal skills to explain to us clearly. It may well be he can 'see' a form of electrical energy like an aura. this doesn't have to be a scary thing. If its in his room try keeping electrical appliances to a minimum.

I believe your son. Children's spiritual eyes are wide open and it's sometimes easier for them to see their angels and other spiritual things because they are so innocent. As we get older most of us start to lose that. The Bible says all children have angels and probably adults to who protect them and watch over them. My 5 yr old cousin said something really strange too about my whole family being in heaven at some point and just like your son I believe she was telling the truth that time!

I do think kids are more receptive. At least his ball doesn't tell him to crossdress like mine did.

Honestly, if its not bothering you then just leave it alone and accept it. It could be spiritual or just a reflection just accept it and leave it alone.
