Emeril Lagasse and Tyler Florence. Paula Deen is good too.
I like Paula and Emeril because they cook Southern foods, and I eat Southern food. They give me new ideas on cooking.
I like Tyler because he makes great simple recipes and it is easy to learn new techniques from him. He explains things really well. He gives me new ways of cooking my food too.

Paula Deen and Rachel Ray are the very best. Paula's recipes and wonderful personality make her show great. She genuinely loves cooking, and she cares about people -- it shows in all that she does. Rachel Ray is fun to watch -- she also loves what she does, and it is very evident. She makes me believe I can actually have something better than the typical drive-thru fare. They both inspire me to try new foods and also to be a happier person!

Paula Deen always has recipes I think I'd enjoy, and she's so warm and down-South (ooh, and I love her sons!) Alton Brown is another favorite because of his geeky food knowledge, I find that stuff fascinating. But my top is Guy Fieri, his recipes kick a$$ and he's SO sexy lol!! P.S. Anyone else remember Bobby Flay when he first started on Food Network & had the Grillin and Chillin show?

I'm sorry, but I cannot STAND Paula Deen and her southern cooking. Plus, I don't understand her, anyway, because she says y'all 500 times a minute. Although I agree that the food that she makes looks good, it's calorie and fat-laden. My favorite has to be Rachael Ray, because she seems to know what's she's doing, and she's got her life together, but she also knows how to cook HEALTHY!!! Thanks to Rachael, I know how to make quick and easy meals w/o the intense fat intake.

I have to go with two - Alton Brown and George Duran. They both concentrate on classic recipes; AB perfects them; GD thinks of some innovative way to make and present them. I can't think of more entertaining shows to watch than "Good Eats" and "Ham on the Street". I print and cook their recipes all the time and they are superb.
Paula Dean would be 3rd on my list because of her attractive personality, and, of course, tasty dishes!

Right now, it's Michael Chiarello. I don't know why. Probably because he's based near where I live. Paula comes in a very close second. She can even laugh at herself when she puts a pound of butter in something!

I love Giada de Laurentiis actually. She's adorable and the stuff she makes is really yummy. I also love Jamie Oliver but it seems like he never comes on anymore. The Barefoot Contessa, Ina Garten, is good too. My least favorite is easily Sandra Lee though.

Rachael Ray. She cooks the way I do, I never use a recipe, more of a method and I never messure. Plus, she cooks real and easy food. I like Alton Brown too, he is very informative and I like his style.
