Sorry dude, your between a rock and a hard place cause he cant come to your house and you dont want to go to his.
If all your doing is helping with home work, call or IM each other, its the same as being there.
If that isn't going to work, see if your parents will give him on emore chance, then tell him, this is it last chance. Mess up and you're not allowed over here anymore.
