Nope. It's perception - just like there are many people who also feel that it always rain on them.
When something that happens struck you more than others, this would leave a stronger impression in your mind whenever it happens. So when it rains on you, you would go "Oh no! Not again!", but when it's sunny and bright, you would not notice as much.

You have to stop living under that cloud. Follow the rainbow or if you are looking for a challenge find the yellow brick road and keep going till you get to Oz. Or you could just find a four leaf clover...
Hmmm...you just need some determination and soon that cloud will go away. And it does go away. Beleive me, been there and done that.

because you lied at the age of 17, or you live in the rainforrest where it rains every nite! i suggest you move to a dryer climate
