Psa 97:10 Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.
Pro 12:21 There shall no evil happen to the just: but the wicked shall be filled with mischief.
Pro 21:12 The righteous man wisely considereth the house of the wicked: but God overthroweth the wicked for their wickedness.
I'm a sinner just like everyone else. All fall short.

Proverbs 12:21---There shall no evil happen to the just: but the wicked shall be full of mischief. vs.22 Lying lips are abomination to the Lord; but they that deal truly are his delight.
Proverbs 21:12The righteous man wisely Considereth the house of the wicked: but God overthroweth the wicked for their wickedness.
I am not self-righteous or a condemning Bible Scholar.
I stand alone on God's word. Do you understand what this verse is saying?
It is saying that someone who is following God, sees , yes even considers what the sinful world is doing and chooses God, God overthrows the wicked for their sinfulness.
Look at verse 21... He that followeth after righteousness and mercy findeth life, righteousness, and honour....
Proverbs has many wise and prudent " proverbs ".
I am afraid I do not see what point you are trying to make.
Have a nice day and Season's Greeting's to you and yours.
Christian in Pa.
P.S. A proverb is a short well-known saying that expresses an obvious truth and often offers advice,
The Book of Proverbs is made up of the proverbs of wise men, including Solomon, who were inspired by God to write them down.
I welcome any feedback you would like to share. Sincerely offering to study scriptures with you anytime.
Thank-you for your question.

Prov. 21: 12 reads, "The righteous man wisely considers the house of the wicked: but God overthroweth the wicked for their wickedness." Now, do you have any idea what that means?

You forgot halt the verse.. Here is the rest "but God overthroweth the wicked for their wickedness"...
Do I know what the Godless believe.. You believe in yourself and science. No different than the Wicca. You give honor to the creation while you despise the Creator... If that's what you want I will support you right to follow that path...
Oh BTW.. I am a sinner above all sinners.. The only righteousness I have was given to me by God. Since it isn't mine I don't meet the definition of "self-righteous".. Jim

The full verse is "The just man appraises the house of the wicked: there is one who brings down the wicked to ruin."
The wise man considers the house of the wicked and learns what NOT to do or say in order to avoid the same judgement.

Do you think that righteous wise people should not consider the things that wicked people do. Should we be ignorant of the foolishness of wicked people?
