Your BMI is 22. At 125 lbs you will be 21 BMI. 19 to 24 is normal. Over 30 is obese. Don't eat very little since you can't do that the rest of your life and when you start eating normally you gain it all back. Eat lots of good foods that you can eat the rest of your life.
Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and good and bad carb. Reading a book stuffed with useless words will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below will take about 30 minutes to read which is just enough to know what you need to know.
Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter. Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Get latest info like American Heart Association does not want you to eat more than 6 ounces daily of meat, fish or poultry. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

You are not fat! However, eating very little will make you fat. It'll throw your body into starvation mode and then it'll stop burning fat and calories. If you want to lose a couple of lbs. (and you really don't need to) it is best to eat 5-6 small meals per day and workout 5-6 times a week combining cardio and strength training.

i'm 5'9 a million/2'' and that i'm 112. you have some room for progression in there... yet right here is the element. Weight does not count. it incredibly is physique composition. in case you're athletic, and muscular, nicely... muscle weighs plenty. a greater effective element to do could be to make a purpose, alongside with "i opt for to in good shape into length 2 denims." no count what weight you're, once you slot into length 2 denims, you recognize which you have lost fat. whether you nevertheless weigh an analogous or much greater, it incredibly is muscle. there is not any such element as undesirable muscle weight!

No, 133 is not fat though a little above the ideal recommended of 127. Check the link below for more info. Don't starve yourself...instead of eating less, eat smart.

Sorry, you're not fat. If you feel like you have no energy, that's probably because you really haven't got any! That's your body trying to tell you to eat more. You should eat more than once a day even if you eat low fat foods or vegetables. It's not good to skip meals completely. You might regret it later!

Fat is overly seen as wrong.
Frankly, the question should be: ARE YOU HEALTHY?
Eat more. Enjoy eating. God gave you a body and a stomach to receive sustenance. And God gave you a tongue to actually relish and enjoy flavor.
There is nothing wrong with anything taken in moderation.
Live. Relish food. Be alive.

Why do people keep giving their height and weight and ask "am I fat"? Nobody can ever tell you that without a lot more information (unless you are extremely over weight!). A question with correct information yields and answer with correct information.
