I just had to make this decision, and it cost me my friendship with my three best friends of six years. My girlfriend is amazing, and they made me pick between them or her. I always thought to myself, "if ever I am given the ultimatum to choose between two people, I will choose the opposite person to the one who asked me."

They are not your friends if they make you choose, but, I dunno if they have or not.

Stay with your boyfriend if he is doing nothing wrong to your friends and you like him.

It depends if your relationship with your friends is at stake so if your friends don't like him SO much that its affecting your relationship with your friends then you should dump your boyfriend (unless they don't have a good reason not to like him cause then they're just jealouts) but if they just don't like him tell them how you feel and thtat you really loke him and that they should just get over their dislike towards him. Say it nicely though!!! :) good luck

no!! please dont make the same decision i made the first time i went out with my boyfriend. dont give into peer pressure if you really love someone. all my friends were telling me to break up with my boyfriend, and i did. i really regretted it, we got back together but it soon fell apart again. then last year we became best friends, and now in 8th grade we've been going out for about 3 months now & still going strong. imy good friend really doesnt like my guy, but she has gotten used to him. if you really love this guy dont let othere people make decisons for you guys. its not your friends that are in the relationship its YOU and thats what matters.
-hope i help
GOOD LUCK :]

I was in a similar type of problem with a 8 year relationship...

If you friends "hate him" then maybe you do need to evaluate your relationship with him. Your friends most of the time know you better than you know yourself.

You just asked a large group of people that question , why not go to your friends. you and your friends must have bought a big house for you all to live in for the rest of your life.

If these people are close to you, perhaps they are seeing the forest you can't see for the trees! Friends are good barometers. Listen to their advice without being defensive. Perhaps they know something that you know and just refuse to see because you want to be with this man.

should you jump off the building because your friends said so? why would you listen to then and not your heart? take everything they say and put it in a pros and cons. are they jealous do they hate the fact that you have no time for them. why do they hate him. step back look at the big picture and ask yourself.. is he good for me?

I would say that it will make a difficult relationship. Talk to some of your friends and find out what they dislike so much. They may have a good arguement to why they do not or you may find and show them a side to him they do not see.

ok.. i think i have help for you. my girlfriend (the best in the world =]) has this friend.. who is... well a ***** and she sometimes hates me .. sometimes likes me.. but REALLY annoys the heck out of my girlfriend. my girlfriend hasn't budged one bit.. if anything, it brought us a little closer. if you really love him, you wouldn't break up just because of other people's thoughts. hope this helps
