my ex called me lastnight and asked to come over we ended up having sex and then she left and went home(w/the new girlfriend) i feel really dirty and grimy and i do not know what to do. I wondering should i cut off the friendship or keep it?

It all depends ... what do u want the old or the new? The fact that you are feeling dirty and grimy is the guilt feeling. Who do u care for more and who shows u love? i think you should end the relationship if you are not interested before your girl friend finds out.

It's really up to you whether to keep the friendship. But learning from this experience you should probably not get into that situation with your ex again.
