Sauna and Steam Room?

i was wondering if it's ok to go to steam room and sauna when you have your period?

If you use tampons, it's probably not a problem. Otherwise, the smell you will generate as you sweat will not be particularly pleasant to others around you. It's not harmful, but it might be annoying.
