The website for the toy says other markers are fine to use but I wanted to know if anyone else has done this and had the marker come out in the wash like the markers the toy came with (we lost them).

My 2 year old colored on her sisters doodlebear with crayola washable markers and it came off with no problem. .

You can get a Doodle Bear Marker Accessory 5-Pack But the reviews say that the crayola washable markers work the same if not better. You get more with the crayola markers and they are cheaper.

I wouldn't, because the ink will most likely bleed and get in your eyes, which would cause blindness. Also, it would be hard as hell to get it off later, and you would probably have marker on your face for the next couple of days. Go to Walmart and get the cheapest eyeshadow you can find, they are usually the most colorful. Or you could go to Marshals, Ross, Tj-Max, etc. and get a color palet there. The vibrant colors that you want are usually really cheap since no one buys them for day-to-day use.
